Pocket Places Peckham

UNUSED POCKETS OF LAND PUT TO COMMUNITY USE.

All along Rye Lane there are pockets of space that are crying out to be transformed into vibrant community places. This new project invites the people of Peckham to collaborate and innovate to make unused spaces along Rye Lane live again.

Production of the Pocket Places, Peckham Spaces Event.

A street festival along Rye Lane in Peckham, London, spread around 4 different areas with live music, DJs, art performances, guided tour of the Pocket Places Peckham Project, street food market and an open air cinema in the site of the old Peckham Tower Cinema.

The Event was part of the Pocket Places Peckham, a 2 years community project run by the sustainable transports charity Sustrans.
